When this is a useful fit
You have a concrete support or operations task that needs information from more than one system. A standalone chat interface cannot see enough context, or copying information between tools has become part of the job.
We start by mapping the task, the source systems and the permissions involved. For CTOs and engineering leaders, this makes the technical scope visible; for business owners, it ties the first build to a specific workflow.
What we can build
- Backend connectors and API integrations for existing enterprise applications.
- Retrieval of relevant internal knowledge and business records for an agreed task.
- AI assistance inside the application's native workflow, rather than a separate destination.
- Permission checks, output validation and human approval where the process requires them.
Start with a bounded workflow
A useful first engagement focuses on one task, one user group and a defined set of sources. We agree what the system may read, what it may change and when a person must make the decision before expanding the scope.
The work can begin with a feasibility review or a proof of concept. A wider implementation follows only when the approach and the remaining integration work are understood.
How we would evaluate it
Evaluation criteria are agreed for your environment: whether the right context is retrieved, whether permissions are respected, whether outputs are useful to the intended users, and how missing or contradictory information is handled.
Latency, model usage and operating cost belong in that evaluation too. Targets are set for the project; we do not promise a generic accuracy or savings figure.
